At Luxury Slimes LLC, all orders are considered final sale. For health and sanitary reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted, even if the slime is unopened. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Please be advised that Luxury Slimes LLC is not liable for unauthorized purchases.

However, we do offer the option for order cancellations, provided the cancellation request is made within the first 30 minutes after the initial purchase.
